Article 64 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - اذا كان الرهن قائماً على اشياء او اسناد مثليه فعقد الرهن يظل قائماَ وان بدلت هذه الاشياء
. او الاسناد باشياء او اسناد من النوع نفسه
2 - واذا كانت هذه الاشياء او الاسناد غير مثلية فيحق ايضاَ للمدين ان يسترجعها ويبدلها برضى
. الدائن على شرط ان يكون عقد الرهن الاصلي قد نص على هذا الحق
