Article text
1 - يجب على الدائن ان يستعمل لحساب المدين جميع الحقوق الملازمة للاشياء او الاسناد
. المسلمة اليه على سبيل الرهن
2 - واذا كانت ما تسلمه اسناد اعتماد مالي تخول حق الخيار وجب على المدين الذي يريد
استعماله حقه في الخيار ان يؤدي الى الدائن الاموال اللازمة قبل حلول الاجل المعين للخيار
بيومين على الاقل.
