اذا كان الشيء الموضوع تأميناَ اسنادا لم يدفع ثمنها بكامله فعلى المدين اذا دعى للدفع ان
يؤدي المال الى
الدائن قبل الاستحقاق بيومين على الاقل والا جاز للدائن المرتهن ان يعمد الى بيع الاسناد.
