( اذا اعترض مساهمون في الشركة المساهمة العامة يحملون ما لا يقل عن 20 ) من الاسهم %
الممثلة في اجتماع الهيئة العامة
الاول للشركة على اي بند من بنود نفقات تأسيس الشركة ، فعلى المراقب التحقق من صحة
الاعتراض وتسويته. فاذا لم يتمكن
من ذلك لاي سبب من الاسباب فلمقدمي طلب الاعتراض اقامة الدعوى لدى المحكمة ولا تؤثر
هذه الدعوى على استمرار الشركة
في اعمالها الا اذ قررت المحكمة غير ذلك.
