Article 89 of Companies Law No. 22 of 1997
Article text
أ - تنقضي الشركة بعد الانتهاء من أعمال تصفيتها، ويتم شطب تسجيلها بقرار من المراقب اذا تمت
تصفيتها تصفية اختيارية وبقرار من المحكمة اذا تمت تصفيتها تصفية إجبارية.
ب - تطبق على الشركة أحكام التصفية الواردة ضمن نظام تصفية الشركات او أي تشريع آخر وبما لا
يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القانون.
ج- يجوز بموافقة جميع الشركاء تحويل سجل أي شركة قائمة ونقلها إلى سجل شركات رأس المال المغامر
شريطة الالتزام بالمتطلبات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون والتعليمات التي تصدر لهذه الغاية وموافقة
المراقب .
