المادة 11 -
أ- على كل تاجر ان يضع بصورة ظاهرة وواضحة سعر كل سلعة معروضة للبيع سواء اكان عليها
سعرها محدداً وفق احكام هذا القانون
ام غير محدد مع وجوب التزامه بهذه الأسعار كحد أعلى واذا تعذر وضع الاسعار على بعض السلع
فان على التاجر تنظيم كشف
باسعارها وتثبيته في مكان ظاهر قريب من مدخل محله لتمكين رواده من الاطلاع عليه بسهولة.
ب- على البائع بالجملة ان يزود المشتري بفاتورة تتضمن نوع المادة او السلعة وكميتها وسعر
بيعها وان يحتفظ بنسخة منها
مدة لا تقل عن سنتين ، وعلى البائع بالتجزئة لاي مادة او سلعة ان يزود المشتري بفاتورة اذا طلب
ذلك.
