Article text
أ- لمجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الوزير ان يحدد اسعار اي من المواد الاساسية.
ب- يتولى مراقبو الاسواق في الوزارة التحقق من بيع المواد والسلع المتداولة بالاسعار المعلنة
وفقاً للفقرة (أ) من
( المادة 11 ) من هذا القانون او بالاسعار المحددة لها بمقتضى احكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة
والتأكد من مدى صلاحيتها
للاستهلاك واتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة بهذا الشأن وتنظيم محاضر الضبط بحق المخالفين
لتقديمهم الى المحكمة المختصة.
