المادة 8 -
تتولى الوزارة لغايات احصائية مراقبة مخزون تجار الجملة من المواد الاساسية للتأكد من وفرة
مواد المخزون الاستراتيجي
وذلك بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها الوزير لهذا الغاية تتضمن اجراءات المراقبة وتسجيل المخزون
والتغيرات التي تطرأ عليه من
حيث نوع مواده وكمياتها ويتم نشر هذه التعليمات في الصحف المحلية.
