المادة 9 -
تعتبر جميع البيانات التي تقدمها المؤسسات الصناعية بموجب هذا القانون او الانظمة الصادرة
بمقتضاه او بناء على طلب
الجهة المختصة في الوزارة سرية ولا يجوز افشاؤها الا بأمر من المحكمة المختصة ما لم يكن
الاطلاع عليها متاحاً للجمهور
بوسيلة أخرى.
