المادة 32 :
أ- تراعي أحكام اتفاقية استثمار الأموال العربية وانتقالها بين الدول العربية وجميع الاتفاقيات
المعقودة مع الدول
العربية وأي تعديلات تطرأ عليها على رأس المال العربي المستثمر بمقتضى أحكام هذا
القانون.
ب- للمستثمر الذي تضمن دولته أو مؤسسة رسمية تابعة لها استثماره ان يحيل ما يتعلق
باستثماره من التعويضات والعوائد
التي تترتب له الى تلك الدولة او المؤسسة بحيث تحل محله.
