المادة 33 :
تسوى نزاعات الاستثمار بين المستثمر لرأس مال أجنبي والمؤسسات الحكومية الأردنية وديا بين
طرفي النزاع ، واذا لم تتم
تسوية النزاع من خلال ذلك خلال مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر فلأي من الطرفين اللجوء الى
القضاء أو احالة النزاع على
"المركز الدولي لتسوية نزاعات الاستثمار" لتسوية النزاع بالتوفيق أو بالتحكيم وفق اتفاق تسوية
نزاعات الاستثمار بين
الدول ومواطني دول أخرى الموقعة من المملكة.
