المادة 34 :
يجوز إجراء الرهن العيني للآلات والمعدات من الموجودات الثابتة لأي مشروع ، وذلك لتمكينه
من الحصول على تسهيلات ائتمانية
بضمانة تلك الآلات والمعدات ، وتحقيقاً للغايات المقصودة من هذه المادة تنظم المؤسسة
سجلاً صناعياً تسجل فيه هذه الالات
والمعدات لدى كل مشروع وفقا للتعليمات التي يصدرها مجلس الادارة لهذه الغاية وتنشر هذه
التعليمات في الجريدة الرسمية.
