أ- على اللجنة ان تراعي في طرح العطاءات مبدأ المنافسة وتكافؤ الفرص بين المشتركين فيها
وان لايقل عددهم في العطاء
الواحد عن ثلاثة.
ب- وعلى اللجنة احالة العطاء على اقل الاسعار مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار جودة المواد وافضل
الشروط المعروضة بما في
ذلك مدد التسليم والملاءة المالية لمن تتم الاحالة عليه وقدرته على تنفيذ العطاء وفق شروط
الدعوة.
ج- يرفع رئيس اللجنة قرارات إحالة شراء المواد الاساسية بصورة عاجلة الى الوزير لاتخاذ قراره
بشأنها على ان تتم
المصادقة عليها خلال مدة لا تتجاوز عشرة ايام من تاريخ تقديمها له والا تعتبر مصدقة حكماً.
