Article text
أ- يقتصر حضور اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي وممارسة حق الترشح والتصويت،
( على الأعضاء الذين سددوا رسم الانتساب للاتحاد ورسم الاشتراك السنوي وذلك قبل 15 ) يوماً
على الأقل
من الموعد المحدد للاجتماع.
ب- يمثل العضو في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي رئيس مجلس إدارته أو نائبه
أو مديره العام، وفي حال كان العضو فرعاً لشركة تأمين أجنبية فيمثله المدير المفوض لهذا
الفرع في المملكة، ولا يجوز التوكيل لحضور أي من هذه الاجتماعات.
ج- يكون لكل عضو صوت واحد في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي.
د- تتخذ الجمعية العمومية قراراتها في اجتماعها العادي بما لا يقل عن أغلبية أصوات الأعضاء
الحاضرين وفي اجتماعها غير العادي بأغلبية ما لا يقل عن ثلثي الأعضاء الحاضرين.
