Article text
أ- يتولى إدارة الاتحاد والإشراف على شؤونه مجلس إدارة مكون
من رئيس وستة اعضاء تنتخبهم الجمعية العمومية بالاقتراع السري من بين رؤساء مجالس إدارة
الشركات الأعضاء أوالمديرين العامين فيها.
ب- ينتخب مجلس الإدارة من بين أعضائه رئيساً ونائباً للرئيس يقوم مقامه عند غيابه.
- ج 1 - تكون مدة مجلس الإدارة أربع سنوات.
2 ( - لا يسري حكم البند 1 ) من هذه الفقرة على المجلس القائم عند نفاذ احكام هذا النظام.
د- يجوز إعادة انتخاب الرئيس لدورة ثانية تالية ولا يجوز اعادة انتخابه بعدها الا بانقضاء دورة واحدة
على انتهاء دورته السابقة.
