Regulation on the Jordan Insurance Federation No. 26 of 2024
Article text
يفقد الرئيس وعضو مجلس الإدارة عضويته في أي من الحالات التالية:-
أ - فقدان الأهلية.
ب- الاستقالة.
ج- إذا تغيب عن حضور ثلاثة اجتماعات متتالية لمجلس الإدارة دون عذر مشروع يقبله المجلس.
د- إذا تغيب عن حضور خمسة اجتماعات متفرقة لمجلس الإدارة
خلال السنة الواحدة ولو كان هذا التغيب بعذر مشروع.
هـ- إذا صدر قرار من البنك المركزي بوقف أو إلغاء إجازة الشركة التي يمثلها في جميع فروع
التأمين التي تمارسها.
و- إذا فقد صفة رئيس مجلس إدارة أو مدير عام أو مدير مفوض للعضو الذي كان يمثله حين
انتخابه.
