أ- يقدم طلب تسجيل الشركة الى المراقب على الانموذج الخاص الذي تعتمده الدائرة مرفقاً به
عقد الشركة
وبيانها او عقد تأسيسها ونظامها الاساسي واي وثائق او بيانات اخرى يطلبها المراقب او تتطلبها
التشريعات النافذة 0
ب- يترتب على الشركة عند تسجيلها تزويد المراقب بعنوان مقرها وارقام هواتفها وصندوق
بريدها وبأي تغيير يطرأ
على اي منها خلال شهر من تاريخ هذا التغيير تحت طائلة المسؤولية القانونية 0
