أ- يفقد العضو عضويته في المجلس إذا فقد هذا العضو الصفة التي كانت شرطا لترشيحه عند
إجراء الانتخابات الا
إذا كانت له الصفة نفسها في مؤسسة تجارية أخرى وكان مستوفيا لشروط العضوية المنصوص
( عليها في المادة 15 )
من القانون .
ب- يفقد العضو عضويته في المجلس عن القطاعات التجارية التي تم ترشيحه عنها إذا فقد هذا
العضو الصفة التي
كانت شرطا لترشيحه عن القطاعات التجارية الا إذا كانت له الصفة نفسها في مؤسسة تجارية
أخرى منتسبة للقطاع
( ذاته وكان مستوفيا لشروط العضوية المنصوص عليها في المادة 15 ) من القانون .
