على شركة التأمين إكمال النقص في مبلغ الوديعة وإعادته إلى الحد المطلوب وفقاً لأحكام
( المادة 4 ) من هذا النظام، خلال مدة لا تزيد على أسبوعين من تاريخ إشعار البنك المركزي بحدوث
النقص في قيمة الوديعة.
