Insurance Companies Deposit Regulation No. 19 of 2022

أ- تلتزم كُل من شركة التأمين والبنك الموجودة لديه الوديعة بإشعار البنك المركزي بأي نقص
يَطرأ على مبلغ الوديعة وذلك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز سبعة أيام من تاريخ حدوث النقص.
ب- للبنك المركزي أن يطلب من شركة التأمين أو البنك تزويده بأيّ معلومات يراها ضرورية
تخص الوديعة خلال مدة يحددها بالطلب.
