- أ- يكون مبلغ الوديعة النقدية على النّحو التالي:-
1 ( - 800 ) ألف دينار للشركات المُرخصة لممارسة أعمال التأمين على الحياة والتأمينات العامة.
2 ( - 400 ) . ألف دينار للشركات المُرخصة لممارسة أعمال التأمينات العامة فقط
3 ( - 400 ) . ألف دينار للشركات المُرخصة لممارسة أعمال التأمين على الحياة فقط
( ب- يضاف الى مبلغ الوديعة المنصوص عليه في الفقرة )أ( من هذه المادة مبلغ 250 )ألف دينار
على شركة التأمين التي لا تلبي متطلبات هامش الملاءة حسب تعليمات هامش الملاءة
النافذة.
ج- تقدم وديعة شركات التأمين المرخصة للقيام بأعمال التأمين التكافلي من قبل أصحاب
حقوق الملكية فيها.
