Insurance Companies Deposit Regulation No. 19 of 2022
Article text
أ- على شركة التأمين أن تقدم الى البنك المركزي ما يثبت ايداع الوديعة النقدية بالدينار
الأردني ضمانا لالتزامها بأحكام القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ب- لا يجوز للبنك الموجودة لديه الوديعة التصرف بها أو بأي جزء منها الا بموافقة خطية مسبقة
من المحافظ وفقا لأحكام القانون وهذا النظام.
ج- تعتَبر الأرباح المتحققة من الوديعة حقاً لشركة التأمين ويجوز لها التصرف بها.
