Article text
1 - يجب تعيين المدة في المهايأة زمانا ولا يلزم في المهايأة مكانا.
2 - يتفق الشركاء على مدة المهايأة ، واذا لم يتفقوا فللمحكمة ان تعين المدة التي تراها
مناسبة حسب طبيعة النزاع والمال
المشترك. وتجري القرعة لتعيين البدء في المهايأة زمانا وتعيين المحل في المهايأة مكانا.
