1 - ليس للشركاء ان يطلبوا القسمة ما دامت ملكية الاسرة قائمة ولا يجوز لاي شريك ان يتصرف
في نصيبه لاجنبي
عن الاسرة الا بموافقة الشركاء جميعا.
2 - واذا تملك اجنبي عن الاسرة حصة احد الشركاء برضائه او جبرا عليه فلا يكون شريكاً في
ملكية الاسرة الا برضائه ورضاء
باقي الشركاء.
