1 - لاصحاب اغلبية الحصص في ملكية الاسرة ان يعينوا من بينهم واحدا او اكثر لادارة المال
المشترك وللمدير
ان يدخل على ملكية الاسرة من التغيير في الغرض الذي اعد له المال المشترك ما يحسن به طرق
الانتفاع بهذا المال ما لم
يكن هناك اتفاق على غير ذلك.
2 - ويجوز عزل المدير بالطريقة التي عين بها كما يجوز للمحكمة عزله بناء على طلب اي شريك
اذا وجد سبب قوي يبرر هذا
العزل.
