Article text
يجوز للمحكمة بناء على طلب اصحاب الشأن عزل المتولي او المشرف على الوقف ولو كان هو
الواقف او منصوبه
اذا ثبت خيانته او قيام مانع شرعي من توليته ولها ان تضم اليه غيره اذا كان عاجزا عن القيام
بمهمته بانفراده. اما
اذا كان المتولي او المشرف منصوبا من قبل المحكمة فلها ان تعزله اذا رأت ما يدعو الى ذلك
ولها ان تقيم غيره مؤقتا
الى ان يفصل في امر العزل نهائيا.
