الحقوق المترتبة على العقارات الموقوفة
1 - الحكر:
الحكر عقد يكسب المحتكر بمقتضاه حقا عينيا يخوله الانتفاع بأرض موقوفة، باقامة مبان عليها
او
استعمالها للغراس او لاي غرض اخر لا يضر بالوقف، لقاء اجر محدود.
