1 - نفقات الاعمال اللازمة لمباشرة الحق المجرد وصيانته على عاتق صاحب العقار المنتفع.
2 - فاذا كانت الاعمال نافعة ايضا للعقار الخادم كانت نفقات الصيانة على الطرفين بنسبة ما
