Article 505 of Civil Code No. 43 of 1976
Article text
1 - اذا قضي باستحقاق المبيع كان للمستحق الرجوع على البائع بالثمن اذا أجاز البيع ويخلص

2 - فاذا لم يجيز المستحق البيع انفسخ العقد وللمشتري ان يرجع على البائع بالثمن.
3 - ويضمن البائع للمشتري ما احدثه في المبيع من تحسين نافع مقدرا بقيمته يوم التسليم

4 - ويضمن البائع ايضا للمشتري الاضرار التي نشأت باستحقاق المبيع.
