5 - انقضاء الشركة:
-: تنتهي الشركة باحد الامور الاتية
1 - انتهاء مدتها او انتهاء العمل الذي قامت من أجله.
2 . - هلاك جميع رأس المال او رأسمال احد الشركاء قبل تسليمه
3 . - موت احد الشركاء او جنونه او افلاسه او الحجر عليه
4 . - اجماع الشركاء على حلها
5 . - صدور حكم قضائي بحلها
