اذا كان للقرض اجل فليس للمقرض استرداده قبل حلول الاجل وان لم يكن له أجل فلا يلتزم
المقترض برده الا
اذا انقضت مدة يمكنه فيها ان ينتفع به الانتفاع المعهود في امثاله.
