التزامات المستأجر
1 - المحافظة على المأجور:
1 - المأجور امانة في يد المستأجر يضمن ما يلحقه من نقص او تلف او فقدان ناشىء عن تقصيره
او تعديه وعليه
ان يحافظ عليه محافظة الشخص العادي.
2 - اذا تعدد المستأجرون كان كل منهم ضامنا للاضرار الناشئة عن تعديه او تقصيره.
