خامسا: ايجار الوقف
1 - لمن يتولى ادارة الوقف ولاية ايجاره.
2 . - واذا كانت التولية على الوقف لاثنين فليس لاحدهما الانفراد برأيه في الاجارة دون الاخر
3 . - وان عين للوقف متول ومشرف فلا يستقل المتولي بالايجار دون رأي المشرف
