1 - لا يجوز للمتولي ان يستأجر الوقف لنفسه ولو باجر المثل الا ان يتقبل الاجارة من المحكمة.
2 . - ويجوز له ان يؤجر من اصوله او فروعه باجرة تزيد عن اجر المثل بعد اذن المحكمة
