الفصل الثاني
عقد العمل
1 - انعقاده وشرائطه:
1 - عقد العمل عقد يلتزم احد طرفيه بأن يقوم بعمل لمصلحة الاخر تحت اشرافه او ادارته لقاء
. اجر
2 - اما ذا كان العامل غير مقيد بأن لا يعمل لغير صاحب العمل او لم يوقت لعمله وقت فلا
ينطبق عليه عقد العمل ولا يستحق
به اجره الا بالعمل حسب الاتفاق.
