2 - اما النشر والاعلان وبيان الاسعار الجاري التعامل بها وكل بيان آخر متعلق بعرض او بطلبات
. موجهة للجمهور او للافراد فلا يعتبر عند الشك ايجابا وانما يكون دعوى الى التفاوض
