Article text
1 ) يجوز للمدعي خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ تسلمه الاشعار بدفع المبلغ أن يبلغ المدعى عليه
بواسطة المحكمة اشعارا- تحفظ
منه نسخة في ملف الدعوى - بقبوله جميع المبلغ أو قسما منه تسديدا لسبب واحد أو أكثر من
أسباب الدعوى التي يتعلق ذلك
المبلغ بها ويحق للمدعي عندئذ أن يتسلم المبلغ الذي قبل أن يستوفيه.
2 ) عند دفع المال الى المدعي توقف الاجراءات في الدعوى كلها أو فيما يتعلق بالسبب أو
الأسباب المعينة من الدعوى حسب
مقتضى الحال.
