اذا لم يسحب المبلغ المدفوع في المحكمة بكامله فلا يجوز دفع ما تبقى منه الا تسديدا للادعاء
أو لسبب من أسباب الدعوى
المعنية التي دفع المبلغ من أجلها وبموجب قرار تصدره المحكمة بهذا الشأن في أي وقت قبل
المحاكمة أو خلالها أو بعدها.
