1 - بالاضافة الى الرسوم والمصاريف على اختلاف أنواعها تحكم المحكمة بأتعاب المحاماة على
. الخصم المحكوم عليه في الدعوى
2 - إذا تبين للمحكمة أنّ الخصم الخاسر قد كان متعنتاً خلال إجراءات المحاكمة أو لجأ خلالها إلى أساليب
كيدية، فيجوز لها أن تحكم عليه بضعف الحد الأعلى لأتعاب المحاماة المقررة وفق أحكام التشريعات
النافذة أو بغرامة تعادل الرسوم القضائية المدفوعة أو بكليهما معاً.
