1 ) اذا كان الفريق الراغب في الطعن قد قدم استدعاء يطلب فيه اصدار قرار بتأجيل دفع رسوم
الطعن، فالمدة التي تبتدئ من يوم تقديمه الاستدعاء وتنتهي في يوم صدور القرار بشأن استدعائه
لا تحسب من المدة المعينة لتقديم الطعن.
