اذا توفي احد فرقاء الدعوى او اذا تقرر إعلان إفلاسه او طرأ عليه ما يفقده أهلية الخصومة خلال
مواعيد الطعن، يبلغ
الحكم الى من يقوم مقامه قانوناً، وفي حالة الوفاة يبلغ الحكم الى الورثة وفق أحكام الفقرة
