تقدم لائحة التمييز مطبوعة وتتضمن التفاصيل التالية:-
1 ) اسم المميز ووكيله وعنوانه للتبليغ.
2 . ) اسم المميز ضده ووكيله وعنوانه للتبليغ
3 . ) اسم المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم المميز وتاريخه ورقم الدعوى التي صدر فيها
4 ) تاريخ تبليغ الحكم المميز الى المميز" بكسر الياء "اذا لم يكن الحكم وجاهيا أو وجاهياً اعتبارياً
.
5 ) أسباب الطعن بالتمييز مطبوعة وبصورة واضحة خالية من الجدل، وفي بنود مستقلة مرقمة،
. وعلى المميز ان يبين طلباته، وله ان يرفق بلائحة التمييز مذكرة توضيحية حول أسباب الطعن
