Article text
اذا اوجب القانون على شخص تعيين موطن مختار له او اذا الزمه اتفاق بذلك ، ولم يفعل او كان
بيانه ناقصاً او غير صحيح او اذا الغى موطنه المختار ولم يعلم خصمه بذلك ، جاز تبليغه بالنشر
( وفق احكام المادة 12 ) من هذا القانون.
