البطلان
يكون الاجراء باطلا اذا نص القانون على بطلانه أو اذا شابه عيب جوهري ترتب عليه ضرر للخصم.
ولا يحكم بالبطلان رغم النص عليه اذا لم يترتب على الاجراء ضرر للخصم.
