Article text
إذا تبين للدائرة أنها استوفت من المدين أيّ مبلغ يزيد على مقدار الد َّين ودفعته إلى الدائن أو أنها استوفت
أي َّ مبلغ دون وجه حق فعليها أن تتولى أمر استرداده ودفعه إلى المدين أو إلى من استُوفي منه، دون حاجة
لاستصدار حكم قضائي.
