Article text
أ- لا تعطي الاسبقية في الحجز صاحبها أي امتياز في مواجهة الحاجزين الآخرين .
ب- لا تقبل مشاركة حامل السند التنفيذي اللاحق في أي حجز سبق توقيعه اذا كان هذا السند قد
صدر بناء على اقرار شفهي او خطي او نكول عن اليمين او بناء على اقرار خطي غير ثابت .
