Article text
أ- يجوز لكل دائن ان يطلب من الرئيس تعيين حارس قضائي وان يفوضه في حصاد المحصولات
وجني الثمار وبيعها .
ب- تباع المحصولات والثمار بالمزاد العلني او بأي طريقة اخرى يأذن بها الرئيس ويودع الثمن في
صندوق الدائرة .
