اذا كان العقار مؤجراً فعلى المستأجر بعد تبليغه الاخطار بحجز ما تحت يده من اجور أن يمتنع عن
دفع الأجرة إلى المدين، وان يقوم بإيداعها في صندوق الدائرة .
