تتولى الدائرة التي يوجد المال غير المنقول في منطقة اختصاصها امر المزايدة عليه فان كانت
الدائرة التي أوقعت الحجز غير تلك الدائرة فيترتب عليها ان تنيب دائرة المحل الذي يوجد فيه
المال غير المنقول وتستكمل الدائرة المنابة معاملة المزايدة إلى ان تتم .
