يمتنع على أي ٍّ من القضاة أو موظفي الدائرة أو وكلاء أي ٍّ من الفريقين تحت طائلة بطلان
الإجراءات، المشاركة في المزايدة ولو باسم شخص آخر وسواء لحسابه أو لحساب الغير ما لم
يكن شريكاً في ذلك العقار.
